Full marathon is a bit scary. The last 15km and the painful after effects.

Poohbear is right,last 7-8km towards the end of the marathon is like the last few moments of your life,so suffering and so torturing so get prepare!!

planning to run a constant 6mins/km, and rest for 20mins after covering every 10km. so roughly can make it by 05:30 lah hopefully. no high aspiration, if blackout i'll make a total fool of myself. hahaha!

veggie-selling aunties nowadays got Rolex-branded bicycles lah, where got need to run one?! i think i can foresee the pain in the last few kms; my first half-marathon @ PD felt like lower limb necrotising faciitis! LOL!

yeah, am aware too much aerobic can eat muscles up. but since im no schwarzeneggar in the first plc, im willing to sacrifice a few strands of muscle fibres to sculp my rectus abdominis (8-pack abs) by burning the excess lard! give and take lah. heheh.

They hv watermelon,orange and apple station also no joke one! it's like a food party,just to keep the temporary pain off the marathoners,very nice
