Barbell Deadlift

Supplemented my back exercise regime with barbell deadlift in the gym on Monday. Last set was 70kg of 6 reps until my grip gave way. Am still having lower back muscle sore today! I like the feeling of having the sore of muscles well-trained. Ahhh...
