I chanced upon this mystyle mobile voucher-on-demand when I visited the GNC store in Jaya 33 shopping mall last month. The GNC cashier passed me a mystyle booklet with info on discounts and promotions for a variety of brands, merchants and diners.One of the deals is this "Buy 1 Free 1" voucher which enable the holder to buy any two GNC products for the price of one! What a gym-rat and a self-proclaimed health freak to do when confronted with such a fat deal? *thud thump* Two fat tubs of GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein (6 lbs each) suddenly appeared on my desk... with an almost instantaneous wallet shrinkage worth RM348.00! Normal retail price for one tub is RM348.00, so with the mystyle voucher, I paid RM174.00 for a tub of 6 lbs of whey protein!
The voucher is limited to one mobile number (applicable to all mobile service provider) once a year. The SMS sent will be charged RM3.50. Head over to mystyle website for the latest promotions and new merchants!Disclaimer: I'm using my 2nd (prepaid) mobile number for this voucher thingy, just in case it's a scam that's gonna leech money via mobile phones. Will update if something goes wrong, but in the meantime all's well! :)

dont really take GNC products anymore. I believe they make alot of people fat. Just look at the tummies u will know.

no lar ray, not GNC member. in fact this is the 1st time i buy gnc product, since there's this Buy 1 Free 1 voucher. 2U gels better than PowerGel is it? can get for u lar if u wan, not sure those got discount anot. how many u wan? im gettin some for myself too!

i believe 2U is the full name, available in GNC stores and look quite similar to PowerGel. selling for about the same price as PowerGel, ~RM5.50 if im not mistaken. is SG selling cheaper?
dunno.. i can check. I'm a GNC member and sometimes can get 20-30% discount on certain supplements.
KK, these days I switch to nature farm, another health food store. The whey protein is less expensive than GNC and also comes with anti-fat L-carnithine! :P
ok LM, do let us knw on the 2U gels. wow, L-carnitine in whey protein powder?! if plus glutamine i sure buy. will look see in nature farm soon (not too soon actually... got 2 huge tubs of GNC to down!)
glutamine is usually added to most protein powders. Of course if you crave for more, (like LM sometime ago when pocket abit fuller), can get tablet form.
on protein powders, if LM not so poor, LM would have bought the best proteins, ie whey isolates instead of just normal whey.
whey isolates are for muscular freaks who are trimming down and aiming for that ripped and lean look. whey is good enuff for inconsistent gym rat like me.
i started with a really huge (6kg) "tong" of muscle gainer (which turned my body into a bulky pork chop), then a few tubs of whey, and lastly trimming with isocool whey isolates + hydroxycut.
few mths down the road with exams, stress, fatty food and inactivity thrown in, im back at square zero. LOL!

KK: on hindsight, I think it was better to bulk NOT using weight gainers (too much calories) but controlled proteins with low carbo contents and augmented with AA and others.
what protin brand u took last time? hydroxycut from gnc?

2U gels more expensive than powergel laaaa hello!..but the effect not sure on par with powergel or not,somehow i dont feel the "power" also when i run whether i consume power or 2U,its all psycological la haha

taking a diet high in whey protein can help on slim down and increase efficiency in Dota... LOL! u shud try!

agree with u, but that's more suitable for big sized people to start with. i on the other hand, had untapped potential so i had to bulk up before trimming down. heheh... the muscle gainer i took was really effective, but body lack definition after downing a pail of that goodie! it was cookie 'n cream flavour btw! :)

used to take Ultimate Nutrition, a US brand but was produced in Penang. relatively cheap, good protein too. the fat burner i used that time was also from Ultimate, called UltraRipped. check 'em out here.

aiyoh, if no effect then juz down those free ones in sg marathon la. saw 2U's a few times but not sure of its efficacy compared to Powergel. maybe they're more expensiv dats y din buy. haha!
Raymond, at the end of the day, no powergel or whatsoever will help. Its all in the mind.
So start taking serotonin boost.
