RM 300.00 still can appeal for lower rate.....Next time if u kena saman or police stop you, tell them that you are rushing to hospital, they won't summon you plus help you to open way from the massive jamm...lol
Steve is right. You can write a letter of appeal, then go personally to the police station and put on your most 'cham' face. Explain your predicament. Usually they are very courteous and obliging and will either waive it or reduce the amount.
Steve is also right on the 2nd point, though whether to do it or not is up to you. :)

Help you to save Rm300.00 and my consideration is only a plate of nasi kandar...not a good deal man...haha. Anyway the police traffic will only reduce the amount to RM100.00 (the maximum reduction) due the punitive nature of summons. I am sure you know how to write a surat rayuan to the police with some justifiable reasons. Aminah Bakti students shouldn't have problem with this right. Furthermore tell them that you are a student. Thats help.
